Have you ever felt lost? What did you do?

I’ve always had times were I feel completely lost, I haven’t had the best life to be honest. To many people in my life either hurt me, had to leave or passed away. I always try to look at the bright side but it’s difficult to do.

I currently feel like everyone is moving forward, friends getting married or having kids, graduating or getting the job of their dreams while I feel stuck, I try to push myself to do things but I always sink back in. I’ve tried therapy with different psychologists but it hasn’t worked at all. What else could I try? What worked for you? I know different things work for different people but I’m willing to try anything because I don’t want myself to sink into depression.
