Do warm up bench press one or two sets after that do 5 sets of 5 reps as heavy as you can that was my routine it worked so well. It worked for me on the bench. Make it where you can barley do 5 reps per set rest for 3 minutes between sets do the 5 reps where its a struggle. After that finish it off with one last set doing a burn out as many reps as you can with lighter weight. Don't forget other chest exercises as well
