Trying to shake off the quarantine chubbies and need some advice. I have never been on a diet before. I dont know what my calorie intake should be (I'm 5'4"). Generally whenever I get above a comfortable weight I just start walking a lot more and that always works for me (especially where I dont get bored and eat everything in the house, whoops). But with this stay at home order I obviously can't do that. I live in a small apartment so doing laps of my apartment really doesn't do anything, especially in comparison to the 5-6 mile hikes I normally take.
