Do I need to lose weight? Is my weight healthy for my height?

I’m 5’5 1/2 and I weigh 152 pounds. I weighed myself today and that was the result on the weight scale. But probably the reason for my result is because I had just ate not that long ago lol. Do I need to lose weight, or is this a healthy weight for me? If so, what advice can you give me?
