Hi! I'm pretty into fitness, I do it because I enjoy exercising, not because I want to improve my body. But during quarantine I keep seeing ads for videos titled things like "get a flat stomach in 2 weeks" etc etc. But the reality is that, for most girls (including me), it is impossible to get a completely flat stomach. I always have a small pouch at the bottom of my stomach, and get bloated after I eat, which I believe is normal. Guys, does it matter if a girl does not have a flat stomach like models or what is advertised in videos? And girls, do you care if your stomach get a bit bloated?
