So the story is I have working out for three months and I see serious results and some of my clothes don’t fit my clothes look larger on me but the scale says the same number. im sad rn I want to lose weight as well:/in pain pictures u can tell I lost weight but the scale is evil lol. but I have old scale so I don't know if it’s wrong. its said the same number for months. i stopped eating gluten , dairy, pasta bread etc. i eat only organic food no take out. i drink a protein smoothie in the morning , lunch a protein gluten free cookie bar with veggies, dinner I eat a chicken salad or steak, shrimp salads. but I don't know what’s happening help. i do cardio and stretching. maybe my scale is wrong?
