Has anyone else lost weight during lockdown?

I thought I would gain weight, felt fat but turns out I’ve been using my fat reserves.

My work life has been crazy busy, not bragging but COVID effects everything and everyone so I’m busy helping clients navigate the waters.

I don’t find the time or energy to workout most days even though this used to be the thing that balanced my life. I only eat lunch or breakfast if my SO brings it to me at my desk.

I’m now well below the weight my doctors expects me to maintain. Like really well below but with a soft body due to lack of exercise. So this and not eating out weight is gone, I can wear pants from my teenage years.
Has anyone else lost weight during lockdown?
