How to lose weight with Pcos? read below?

So I have pcos and it’s hard for me to lose weight but I eat healthy and workout twice a day
i cut out all gluten , dairy , fast food!
I ride my bike in the morning for about a hour or two. then later in the day I jog and do weights and Stretching.
i see a big difference with my clothes they are bigger on me and people say they see me getting smaller but my scale still says 200lbs which makes no sense. I have been working out 4 months and the scale didn’t budge but I do have a old scale I don't know if it’s that. but. im staying strong on my journey. will the weight drop soon!! i look smaller then I did when I weighted 180lbs years ago. im confused?
