It's also important to make sure you have a balanced diet. Like they say its 80% nutrition, 20% exercise. I'm no professional but when I'm more cautious of what is going inside my body I tend to feel better mentally and physically.
Thank you so much for your contribution, it's very helpful. I have noticed that i will go to the gym and eat will healthy balanced diet but if i stop exercising everything falls apart, eating well doesn't have the same gravitas as exercise for some reason. I used to do HIIT and loved it but need to rebuild stamina and the video you can linked will be perfect for it. thank you for taking the time out of your day to reply to my post.
