So your immune system doesn't require attacks to strengthen itself? It just requires a healthy lifestyle?
I mean I guess so but this is not that simple in the age we live in. People who actually lead healthy lifestyles aren't in the cities, they usually live in mountains where even air and water are clean, their food is 100% organic, they are very physically active. Which is why they also live for so long. Of course this doesn't mean otherwise your immune system will suck if you live in the city, nor does it mean that those people aren't prone to viruses or diseases, but compared to people who lead unhealthy lifestyles, those people have a higher chance of combatting any "strange bodies" that enter their body (sorry for using the wrong term but I can't think of the right term in English at the moment). But anyway you can often read about very old people from China or Japan surviving diseases or viruses, while younger people don't, and that's exactly because of what I stayed earlier, or at least a factor, and I think same happened even with COVID-19 for some cases.
Interesting. I appreciate your input!
