Or Are You More Of A Solo Person... Me personally I like to work out alone... I have issues with competitiveness... I literally can not run next to anyone on the treadmill... Or more commonly known as "treadmill war"...I can help assist with those squatsShe didn't stand a chance...I cried laughing at thisIf you laughed... You know what to do...I don't know... Had this picture it works for this question lolYes we are...
Working out with a buddy is way better. Its not the competition I like its the motivation. When you push yourself and your wore out and ready to quit your buddy leans in and says "FUCK PAIN, one more rep" it gets you pumped up makes me feel like I could eat nails and ask for seconds. I love that type of challenge to work harder and having a buddy to work out with always brings that type of extra effort.

First of all! The wife is not a good friend with the gym. Second ! Am a solo kinda guy when it comes going to the gym, and many times i wear my favorite work out t shirt too The wife is not a big fan of the six pack nor my guns... But she loves my BUBBLE BUTT BUBBLE BUBBLE BUBBLE BUBBLE BUBBLE BUTT BUBBLE BUBBLE BUBBLE BUBBLE BUBBLE BUT
working out with a partner if they are just work out buddies or a instructor is best, a friend? not so much too much distraction. Same goes for girlfriend/boyfriend/married partner
I don't like working out with someone im in a relationship with because i don't like to spend 100% of my time with them i like my own personal space

I’m more of a solo person at the actual gym but I have been enjoying working out with my partner from home.
