I took birth control pills my senior year of high school, but ever since I took them, I gained a lot of weight. I tried working out and different dietary changes and it would just constantly fluctuate. I stopped taking them (I wasn’t having sex, so why not) for a while then I took them again. I gained 3 pounds in 2 days. I think that these pills made it extremely hard to lose the weight. I mean I was very slim before I took the pill, and I did not have the healthiest diet either. I was still skinny. Now with that and being in college, it made my weight skyrocket. So when y’all made the switch how did it work for you? I definitely think that even though I don’t take them, I still have that increased appetite.
