Also being a female I would recommend a good goal to aim for would be a sustainable diet of breakfast [1 glass of OJ, 1 slice of whole grain toast + peanut butter, 1 banana], for lunch [a sandwhich - whole grain bread, lettuce, tomato, turkey slices, honey mustard -, 1 glass of Apple Juice, 1 orange], for supper [1/2 chicken breast, 1/2 cup rice, string beans or other veggies like brocolli, 1 glass of skim milk]. Here is a sustainable diet. Follow it, get 8 hours of sleep, and do a 5k run each day 6 days a week. You will guaranteed lose 20lbs in 2 months if you follow this to a tee. Drink as much water as you like around this.

I never drink sodas except at the rare occasion I go to a party (even then it’s half a glass) and I have a bad habit of eating sugar I’m trying to quit completely! I only drink water and I used to run on the treadmill at least an hour a day and do some workout routines but I’ve been slacking lately which I need to stop. I‘ve been to the doctors and I know I’m healthy weight wise and with my cholesterol and all, I just want to lose more weight so my boyfriend likes my body
Then work it, get fit, and if he still isn't happy dump him. How does he look? Is he in shape?
If that's what he wants then you should be doing some activity together, whatever it is.
He’s a soccer player so he’s fit and in shape, and I’ve thought about asking him if he would like to go to the gym with me!
