Have you been working towards your dream body with Covid-19?

All this extra time has given me a lot of time to focus on things I’ve always wanted to do. My ideal weight is 160 with low body fat. I have incredible genetics but never really took advantage of them until now. I’m becoming more disciplined with eating and working out. I’m at 143 and want to be between 150-160 by late August.

What are your gym goals? Has covid helped or put you back?
