Resistance training 3-4x a week, on the real road usually lots of wind resistance lorddd, eating 1500-2500 cals a day (vegetables, fruits, (full servings), protein and whole wheat foods mostly) 2s a week I splurge on w. e I want but dont eat anything else so it's always in my calorie intake. I just meant enough as a biker I guess, my legs are pretty toned already just want to slim down 15 more lbs and continue bulding leg muscle. I ride on highest resistance constantly and really tire myself out
So you still want to lose abut 15 pounds, is that right?
Yes that is correct
Well nutrition is always going to be more important to losing weight than exercise, even though exercise is obviously very important; one of the key things here in your exercise is *intensity.* As in, if you are truly bringing the effort, and bringing the work, to every single workout you do, as hard as you can, then you'll improve and burn calories and lose weight. But if you're just doing something easy every time, you won't get anything done.Watch this guy's videos, they're amazing.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7fICF_O5esc
It states K at the end as in KM 30km is 18 miles max per day
Impressive !How do you have energy left over to do anything after your ride though?
I stared walking first then running again 10k like 1 year ago and I find that way more exhausting. I dont find it that impressive to be honest, I'm aiming for extra 10 mile distance one day just because this doesn't feel like enough. Currently not working because of the ronas lockdown, so not like I'm doing anything anyway
you must have a road bike?I’m exhausted after 8miles on a mountain bike.Well you are going to in excellent shape going back to work.
