Will protein powder help me with my weightloss goals?

So I've been losing weight recently, I've gotten down from about 200lbs to 187ish (usually at around 186 but I feel like 187 is smarter to say).
I want to get down to 170, or build enough muscle that 180 looks good, so I've switch up my diet and added a bit more exercise.
I don't get a lot of protein in my diet other than from the occasional pb and j and from the tuna sandwiches I eat. While I'm stuck at home I mainly eat:
Tuna sandwiches, PB and J, granola, oatmeal, and blueberry yogurt. I only drink water.
I've read different people say fiber is more important for weight loss while other say eating more protein is better. Should I try adding more protein to my diet or adding more fiber?
Will protein powder help me with my weightloss goals?
