why is that?
i usually do 4 miles and walk for 4... i never do circuit but i can't seem to loose weight even after i do all of this thats why im thinking of doing some hitt realated muscle work outs

You'll burn more calories in a shorter time. Plus increase your metabolism so you'll continue to burn calories after exercising. Running is good but not so great for your knees and ankles. Also a circuit provides greater variety of exercises which works more muscle groups and stops you from losing interest
Yeah HIIT will certainly help. But also a calorie deficit is important to losing weight
yeah :( true. its hard to track cals tho. I've done it before and lost 30 but for my parents keep making healthy food and it is healthy but I have to tell themi need to know the calories and tbey say im crazy... its very hard.

Follow an eating plan. Get a kitchen scale. I suggest the sirtfood plan. Google it you'll find a plan pretty easily

see. they eat healthy too. today they made me oatmeal pancakes with honey and berries. plus soy milk and ham. its healthy!!! but i dont know how many cals the pancakes have... 200? 100? 600? i will never know. its just so difficult
That's not really healthy actually. You should be eating a lot more protein and leafy greens when trying to lose weight
its in the morning! so its breakfast! why isn't is healthy? its oatmeal and soymilk and a hint of vanilla

Flour isn't good for you when trying to lose weight your body struggles to break it down. Try an omelette with kale, chicory and parsley
