What are your stress management skills?

Because of COVID-19, my work load has doubled/tripled. I have been stressed to the point of making myself sick. I’ve cried and cried, hyperventilated, and feel profound hopelessness. I’ve noticed myself getting more depressed everyday.

Normally I can separate my work life from personal life, but because work/ stress is physically effecting me now, I cannot ignore or shut it off.

Does anyone have any good advise for stress management, skills, or lifestyle practices that help with stress in your life?
