Runners, any advice for beginner runners?

Because of the stressful nature of which COVID-19 has turned my job into, I have opted to run every evening to get my frustrations out.

I am on the spectrum for asthma and have only had one attack, so breathing is abnormally difficult for me while running.

I do 15 minute yoga stretches right before running and drinking at least 40 ounces of water a couple hours beforehand.
