I am a little over 15, and I haven’t really grown in height since I was 13-14. However, I lately started noticing my height growing a tiny bit (by tiny bit, I mean millimeters), while my weight has increased by a few kilograms. It sounds a lot to me, so I was shocked. Surely, a couple of millimeters don’t equal a few kilograms, right? My body doesn’t look any bigger or “fatter” than before. It looks as if nothing has changed. My arms are vascular, making me look like someone who works out regularly. Can you explain what’s happening here, with my weight and everything?
