Well, that seems like a good area to be OCD about. I bet you haven't had many cavities.
Zero cavities. I floss regularly too. My parents taught me that you only have one set of teeth so you better take care of them. Plus in my job, I do some public speaking and I meet with a lot of people. If I had rotten teeth, I’d be in trouble. 🤣
Wow, no cavities in your whole life? That's amazing. Your parents gave you very good advice. What they told you is very true. So many people end up with dentures.
Yeah, I have seen young people dealing with cavities. It’s sad. They just don’t want to take a brief amount of time to brush. Do you have any?
Yes I have had cavities. But for me, it has little to do with brushing. I have a condition that makes me have dry mouth and that puts me at high risk for getting cavities. Saliva protects against cavities, and I don't have enough of it.
Sorry to hear that. Hopefully there are things to overcome that.
That's great. I'm guessing you don't eat much sugar.
I eat more than I should
You must have had a lot of good luck.
How do you get in all 4 times on workdays? Or is that only on your days off that you brush that many times?
In general. I don’t like stinky breath and tasting it.
Do you take a toothbrush with you to work?

Right out of the bottle my dentist says it’s much better than Listerine rinse For germs or anything else
My grandad used to do that. When I was a little kid, I thought that seemed so strange. But now, I've heard of quite a few people who do that.
Yes it did seem kind of odd until my dentist told me about that two years ago and I’ve been doing it ever since and my mouth is nice and clean. I swish it around in my mouth for two minutes then I spit it out
Now you have me wanting to try it. I bet that makes the breath really fresh since it kills all the germs.
I pour it into my mouth straight out of the bottle Afterwhile it foams up where you can’t swinish it to good then I just hold it in my mouth. And then when it hits 2 minutes I spit it out. Try The hydrogen peroxide for two weeks every day and then make a decision if you’re going to continue using it or not
Let me know how it goes if you’re interested
Yes, I know what the rule is. I was just curious how many people actually follow that.
And I was reciting a nursery rhyme 😝
Have you ever had any cavities?
Minor cavities, rarely only.
. . . during my teens & in my 30s.
With 3 times a day, I wouldn't have been surprised if you'd never had a cavity before.
I learned that it's not how often one brushes their teeth that only matters. Proper brush strokes, flossing & mouth rinsing are what'll keep me away from the Dentist's clinic.
