Home exericses gave pain in my back, what should I do?

since the lockdown starts, i m doing home exercises and for some days i developed pain in my lower back , i m only 20 so definitely there is something which i had done wrong
exercises i usually do are - squats, burpees, abdnmal cruchesf , revrse crunches , leg raises , lunges , lunnge hops, pushups, butt brige, plank , jumping jacks , donkey kiks, brd dog, superman, climbers
i wnt to know whch out of these exercises can cause pain in lower back
