I've lost 10-20lbs but I haven't seen any noticable change to my body besides in my biceps. Should I be worried?

So I was about 200ish pounds, I'm also 5'8, when quarantine began. I'm now down to roughly 179-181.
I look in the mirror and I don't see any noticeable changes to my body. I've still got moobs and a noticeable belly with "love handles" but it's not quite a muffin top.
Is this normal? Am I just too fat to notice a big change yet?

Side note: My ideal goal is 160-170 so I'm expecting to see more change but I'm just concerned I'm not doing enough.
