i play soccer, which is practice twice a week plus at least one game every weekend. on days when I don't play soccer I run for 30 minutes, lift weights for 15, and do ab exercises for 15.
my parents only cook healthy organic foods with no added flavors, dyes, or chemicals. the only time I eat that stuff is when I go out with friends maybe once or twice a week. I'm trying to cut back.
