Losing weight/healthy lifestyle help?

So I really want to get into a healthy lifestyle/mindset because I feel like it would help me improve greatly. I want to get into working out so I get a strong core and a fit physique and eat better so my body is strong physically and mentally. I would also like to lose some weight, I mostly want to lose roughly 10 pounds. Does anyone have any suggestions or apps that will help me count calories or help build and strengthen this habit/lifestyle?
