Yeah but it's not enough , need to eat 2 per day😕 without overdoing vitamin a, worried about vitamin a toxicity
so eat a bit of liver and have some fortified cereals too... they have iron and ofcourse the fibre needed to get the meat out of your body too... really though im sure a chat with your doctor might offer up more options that suit your specific needs, especially if you dont want to suffer vitamin a toxicity
I can't eat cereal it hurts me too much and ups my sugar level
well again you need to chat to a doctor about specifics and hopefully you can find one that also understands nutrition or will refer you to a nutritionist
I don't know if I can arrange appointment with doctor with the current situation.
I can't eat cereals due to sugar and allergies which are fortified
Thats the reason that i added the link to web MD.. they have a comprehensive list.
I read it, but eating 6 steaks a day is expensive and hard
agreed but there are vegetables that have iron in them and different kinds of liver.. and some beans.

Wait so if you eat 2 beef liver irs too much if thst the case. Measures the oz you need to eat a day. Why are you short on iron?
I didn't realise as a woman I needed to eat this much iron. No one told me 🙁And due to coeliac I can't eat fortified cereal and the gluten free one has corn or sugar which I also have problems with. Basically liver contains really high amounts of vitamin A so eating 2 per day is bad. 😕
Really y'all bleed every month. Lol where u think that blood was going. That literraly life force leaving your body. Your not the only women to tell me this tho.
Go extremely low carbOr try the carnivore diet for 14 days. See how you feel. Or a month.Gluten and sugar and a lot plants cause a lot of issue in the body. Rashs. Heart disease diabetes stoamch problems brain fog.
That effects my period they stop coming if I go below certain carbohydrate level. At the moment I eat fruit and potato/rice as the only source of carbohydrate.
I guess I eat dairy which also has carbohydrates too.
Are you working out too much? I think you need to cut back then low carb might be your answer.
Not really I'm not exercising too much. I already practice low carbohydrate.
