Is this sleep concerning?

So last night I went to bed at around 10:00 PM. I couldn’t sleep at ALL. Like literally ZERO hours of sleep. I had super bad panic attacks because sleeping is really important for anyone’s lifestyle. I’m awake now and I feel so tired and my body feels like a complete shut down? Is this insomnia? I don’t want to self diagnose but I’ve never had a day like this.
Is this sleep concerning?
