first of all congratulations, you did a really good job.. I'm 238 pound and 5'1 i love eating and i really don't like moving and exercising I don't know how to start
I weighed around 260 when i started, i barely exercised, i just limited my meals to one meal a day, that didn't exceed 30 mins, it was veryyyyyy rough at the beginning, around the 3 weeks mark, my body started adjusting, and it was pretty much downhill from then on, at first i just shoved whatever i could find down my throat for those 30 mins, i still lost a very decent amount of weight, then i increased the duration for about 3 hours, and started counting calories, that was also a bitch to get used to, took me around 2 months to get the hang of that, within 6 months i had lost 132 pounds, keep in mind i was exercising about 2 times a week for around 90 mins a pop.After that i was just skinny, i enjoyed that for a while, i've been overweight my entire life, then i started taking weight training more seriously, trained about 6 days/week, also 90 mins per, gained about 33 pounds of muscle in 18 months, and i was basically a different human being by then, my relatives didn't even recognise me, ohh i was still sticking to a meal a day, i just calculated what i needed in macros, and ate it in that one meal, normal people need to constantly refuel their body, but if you do it long enough, your body adapts and you just live a normal healthy energetic life, it actually slows me down if i eat more than once now.Sorry that was longgg as hell😂, if you have any question i'd be more happy to help.

I usually wake up at 8 am and go to bed at 12 am
I'm planning on exercising 5 days in a week I really don't like any time but I think I can do before I eat anything
Perfect, i'd push it 4 hours into the day and 4 hours before bed, so 12-8 would be perfect, yes
I'd recommend doing it before eating as well, as i usually feel like starving afterwards😂, i'd wait around 7-10 days before i incorporate exercising, just so your body starts adapting to the new diet
I've actually been trying to eat healthy for 2 weeks.. But I still will wait 10 days for this diet it works for me
