Doctors says I’m fine but why do I still believe that I have pcos?

Anonymous
Okay so basically I haven’t gotten my period in almost three months and I’m really worried. The doctor did every single test as possible. She did a blood test, a pelvic ultra sound, a physical exam and checked for any signs or symptoms and she said that everything is fine. She said that the ultra sound came back normal and that my ovaries and the rest of my reproductive system are normal and are healthy and the blood test came back normal and there are no hormonal imbalances at all. And the physical exam came back normal because I’m not showing any signs or symptoms because I’m really skinny and at a normal weight and I don’t have any unwanted hair anywhere. But why do I still feel like I have it? Does not having a period for three months probably mean that I have it?
