So I recently wanted to get healthy and exercise but I was being a little too stupid/excited for this new lifestyle to realize I couldn't just jump into running and needed to pre stretch and build up muscle etc. Long story short in three days my thighs were so sore I couldn't stand or walk without stumbling around. This was three days ago and barley anything has changed since now of me writing this out. I've done multiple stretches to try and ease/get pain out of my thighs. I've applied heat and cold from ice and warm packs (on separate days). I laid around thinking maybe all they needed was rest. And walked around the house trying to hope my legs will at least adapt so I can go to the bathroom without stumbling into a wall :') But nothing has worked. I'm only posting this because I don't want to keep having to call on my mom to help me and i should at least be able to walk by now. Is there anything I haven't done yet that can help me out?
