Breakfast: half a block of tofu ( i cooked the tofu with a little bit of soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, a little bit of avocado oil, sesame seeds, and siriacha sauce) and some grapefruit tea ( 3 tablespoons of sugar) i also muched on a very tiny amount of chex mix. Lunch: I had 2 raspberry fig bars that were plant derived the whole ting was just 100 calories and i drank water as well. Dinner: I had broccoli (cooked with soy sauce terikayki sauce etc.) and tofu ( cooked with similar ingrediants as the broccoli), a little bit of beef, a small mandarin, and a baked protein bar that contains chocolate chips (210 calories). I am very concerned about my weight.
