I need a gym workout after months of a break?

I lost all progress and i wanna get back to the gym after a few months of slacking and weight gain..

Tho i forgot my old routine because someone on gag gave it to me and i can't find the convo..

Its a size and strengh workout..
It goes something like this..
U do deadlift today with 5 sets of 4,5 for size..
Amd the day after you do deadlift of 5 sets of 8 under less weight for strengh stamina followed by other compunds..

I don't know can anyone tell me a good routine.. tho i dont want weird ass positions coz i gotta face social anxiety..
