For about a month now that tendon has been hurting off and on. One day it will be fine, then the next it will hurt. I've hear you can stretch it by leaning against a wall and that seems to help to warm it up before I go to work. There's no ryhme or reason it will come and go 2 or 3 times a day. I'll go sit down for 20 minutes to give it a break and it will feel ok for the rest of the day sometimes.
