My apologies if this is an ood question. I'm just actually worried that I'm an obese guy who is 6'1 tall and I weigh 230 pounds. I don't often eat fruits and vegetables and I always eat meat and rice. Ever since the quarantine here in our country, I'm not able to go to the gym, meaning since January, I'm not able to workout. I'm scared of having fatty liver, so this is why I'm health conscious. How healthy are your meals?
