How many protien do I need daily? I dont take protein shakes?

I go to the gym..

Since i sort of have a busy schedule, i tend to put 8 spoons of oat, 2 eggs, milk powder, choc powder, date syrup to give it some taste and some fruit..

So i drink the smoothie (1Liter) right before i return into my 16:8 fasting window..

Along with what i normally eat that contains some protien..
I just wanna lose the 6kg i gained back..

Is that enough?
How many protien do I need daily? I dont take protein shakes?
