A wee bit high. If you are 15, it is worth investigating. If you are overweight or have high cholesterol levels, you have an answer.

Then that is the reason. Try to lose weight, by proper excercise. That is the best you can do.

It is high but not dangerous. High is over 120. There are two more stages before it’s morbidly high.
Outside normal range : Above 120/80~ Continued Practicing of healthy eating and exercise habits, is encouraged. High but not dangerous is hypertension stage 1 : Over 130/90 ~Life style changes exercise eating healthy getting rest etc are prescribed. High but not threatening is hypertension stage 2 : Over 140/90~Lifestyle changes and in some cases meds are prescribed. Hypertension Life threatening Stage 3 :Over 180/90~Lifestyle changes and Meds are definitely Prescribed.
Are you sure it's low?
145/90 is considered high. Other health conditions would have to be included to evaluate.
