I also forgot to write in the diabetes code (Dr Jason Fung) and watch the insulin resistance video lectures by Dr Sten Ekberg. In particular how to reverse it.
i thought wholesome grains like barley, quinoa, oats, etc were supposed to be important to us? And dont south americans eat a lot of beans? They're supposed to fight the build up of cancer cells or so i'm told.
Cancer cells thrive on glucose/carb metabolism as they need a lot of insulin as well to grow and spread. To steal nutrientd from the body The best anti cancer mechanism the body has naturally is fasting and ketones as cancer cells lack the metabolic infrastructure to make use of triglycerides and ketones for fuel to grow so you essentially strangle the cancer cells by not providing them energy.Combine LCHF/Keto and fasting and you are very unlikely to develop cancer at all And this combined with traditional anti cancer treatment and your chances of surriviving goes up dramatically. In my case I go for a Mediterranean keto with good fibrous crucificus vegetables with healthy cold pressed fats and meat from fish.
These things are nutritious foods to an extent but need to be cooked right and combined with fermented stuff like saurkraut to help with digestion. Not to mention you still need to at the very least fast to give the body time to detox from all food we eat. Beans and legumes has so much Inflammatory substances not to mention exeno estrogen (food based estrogen female hormones) it kills sexdrive and make men miserable. And grow tits become obese and libido shrinking inside you. Happened to me :/ those ware very dark days. IndeedYou do not need to take it to the extreme like I do with Mediterranean keto and fasting but most certainly fasting 1-2 times a week with pure water and it should do the trick.Look at videos how to surrivie keto flu/ waterloss when fasting so that you do not end up with migrenes and delerus and other shitty malnutrition side effects.
comes out normal, not runny.
If you can't afford a doctor, try paying close attention to your diet. Especially pay attention to fiber, oil/greasy foods, and acid foods. Take something out of your diet for several days straight and see if it makes a difference. Then try something else.I go 5-8 times a day. I'm almost positive what causes that. It's related to acid. I can partly control it with drugs for acid reflux, but I can't do that more than 1-2 days in a row. More than that and it quits working. So I only do it when I'm going someplace and feel it's a high risk day.It doesn't sound like the same thing with you though.
hmmm might be my morning coffee or tomatoes then. I love both.
That's a very good place to start. If it works, you'll have to decide how much you love them, and if you can tolerate pooping so much.
not gonna lie its becoming a huge inconvenience and I've been going through rolls of toilet paper like it's nobodies business. And paper products ain't cheap these days either.
I stock up on TP. I usually have several months worth and only buy it when it's on sale.Yes, it gets very old after a while. Most of the times it doesn't bother me, but something it gets on my nerves. Fortunately I'm retired and don't have to go anywhere. It would be a lot worse at work. I've been putting up with it for over ten years. It used to be even worse than it is now.For people with problems like IBS and Chrone's disease, they sometimes completely withdraw from society. They don't go anywhere. They don't date. They keep pretty isolated. That's some of the bad cases, but it still sucks.
you were right. I cut out the coffee and no more problems. THANKS!
That was easy. I wasn't so lucky. I managed to reduce it but not eliminate it.If you really like coffee, maybe try not drinking it for a couple of weeks or so then start back and see if the problem returns. Maybe some time will allow your bowels to rest and heal.
Great to hear your problem got solved. You can also balance out the acid with vinegar like äpplecider vinäger15-30ml in water and drink. On my fasting days O drink both to boost the metabolism turning one day-of water fast to two and potentially 3 days.
I eat a wide variety of foods and always have but this wasn't the norm until recently. I've always been a fan of legumes and whole grains and pretty much all tomato products. I also eat plenty of meat though. Yesterday I had a nice piece of London Broil. So good!
light brown, smooth, comes out typically in 2-3 large pieces.
Seems okay from the description. But 5 times still too much... Whats your diet?
legumes, grains, meat, cheese.
Try and cut down the fibre to half and increase fat and protein to make up for the calorie loss. See how it feels.Grains are bad for the intestines. But because they are fortified I'd recommend eating vitamins or organ meat and black pudding, but you should consult a professional incase (I have to say this). 🙂
organ meat disgusts me. The flavor is way too strong. I've had liver soaked in milk, or with onions, or in vinegar. But it's still way too harsh. Same with chicken gizzards. I don't know how anyone can stomach eating them.
Well then vitamins it is 😂 I love chicken liver it's so yummy 💜♥️ but my mum made as I was growing up, make a curry or try paté
in my part of America it's very difficult to procure good Indian Ingredients sadly.
Paté is french, you can buy double cream onion and butter. You fry onion, garlic with lard/pork fat (it has vitamin d to balance the vitamin a from liver) then fry liver, add salt make sure it doesn't burn or over cook and then take of heat. Mash it with masher. Add double cream after its mashed. For curry all you need is liver, lard, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, cinnamon, chillies, bay leaf, fenugreek seeds, chicken, stock, butter - that's the style I do it. It's not traditional but it gives flavour.

3 meals a daythe shit comes out light brown, smooth, usually in 2-3 large pieces.very consistent poop.
How big are these meals?
they aren't pre-measured or anything. I eat until I'm not hungry anymore.
I suppose I'll take that as big meals. The more you put in the more will come out. Do you at any time feel bloated?
y'know I do get bloated but it's because I'm always so damn thirsty for some reason. No idea why. I chug down tons of water. My blood work came back great. No diabetes or anything.
You might want to tone it down with the water. You can literally get water poisoning. I know it sounds stupid, but it's a thing.
yeah I've heard that. I have no idea why the hell I get so thirsty all the time. I dont overdue the salt, I'm not diabetic, I don't know
Do you exercise a lot or do you do a lot of physical work?Or do you work in an office with the a/c on? Constantly.
A/C then. In effect, you're drying out our body from the low humidity. Don't know exactly the process, maybe it's thermoregulation, maybe it's displacement of water. Maybe it's just the body's response in low humidity to release water vapors from pores to hydrate the surface of the skin.
but... humidity sucks!
damn it all! At least i won't die like Elvis!
you'll probably just shit out your intestines you know
yeah maybe. I can use them like Scorpion! GET OVER HERE!
indeed or jump rope, burn them extra calories
hahaha! I can summon Freddy!
3 meals a day. Varies, no standard diet but I do eat a lot of whole grains, legumes, pasta, meat, and sometimes some fruit.
Maybe much fat in your diet
