I’m 22. 5ft and very underweight as I have been sick all year issues with choking on solid food due to anxiety. I look ok in these pics but people and doctors have said I’m anorexic. I have super skinny arms, no butt, legs are like sticks, I want healthy fit body. I see fitness girls with thick bodies healthy and I can’t gain a single pound. I eat small portions every hour I need help have a cheap food weight gain plan what to do eat daily. I do get stress daily. Before breakfast I drink a meal supplant shake and then today ate a Greek yogurt from a brand called fage. Off brewkfesst will eat a penut butter sandwich and for lunch small cup of Mac n cheese pasta from a restaraunt.
