How do you handle Post Traumatic Stress Disorder?

I sometimes smoke weed or take edibles 2-3 times a month. If my stress, anxiety and depression gets too extreme.

But I don’t like feeling this way, that even writing ✍️ in a journal drains me.

This past week, I’m sleeping only 4 hours and paranoid someone is going barge into my place. I try not to it let get me by trying to keep myself busy. Now, I’m get hand twitches and my whole body feels prickly and sensitive.

I cannot talk to my family about this, since they are always busy and stressed themselves. That I don’t want to add more load on them, with my problems.

That even when I resort to here, sometimes I want to talk to someone about it. But it’s like a embarrassing vulnerable moment for me, that I try to mask it.
