So I've been fasting all day until 8pm then eating dinner, between the last 48 hours I had eaten nothing but a decent portion of rotisserie chicken, peas and carrots, string beans and cauliflower mashed potatoes. Then I ate 3 donuts and a cheese steak. So between 2 days those are what I ate. The rotisserie chicken meal one day, then 24 hours later the 3 donuts and a cheese steak, the donuts were a fucking idiot mistake and idek why I ate any let alone 3. I started at weight 266 3 weeks ago, I'm now 255, did I fuck up bad? I have been doing good for 3 weeks.
