I'm having issues with weight loss, what should I do?

So I'm 5'8ish, and ~185-190lbs.
I used to be 210-220lbs and I used to feel proud I've made it this far but I just don't feel happy with it anymore and I'm afraid I'll gain the weight back.
Some days I wake up feeling great and others I look in the mirror and my gut makes me feel worthless. I have strong biceps but my body/stomach/man boob fat just bothers me so much. I'm trying to eat less, which isn't easy because I eat only once or twice a day at most, and I can't really hit the gym because I work 6 days a week so I've managed to just do the odd, at-home workouts that I can, when i can.
Anyone have any advice?
