I mean I'm going to the gym and working out and eating a decent amount of food like some vegtables here and there but i can't seem to lose weight

Lose the "exercise" mindset. Become a serious athlete. Train. Train hard. Eat right. Not veggies here and there. Eat right everywhere. You young. You can become pro. Never do anything half-assed. Probably you already know in back of your head that this tea stuff is way below half-assed. You can do this shit. Summon the beast. Smash through walls. Never let yourself down.
There is god inside of you, just gotta chisel it out. Switching out the water. That's good. That's real shit. Switch our dense calories too. You can eat tasty, but be aware of what you put in the mouth. But you need to realize the god inside you. Hercules, you know. Bend the universe. You got it. If you've never been that good at sports, no problem. Show the world. Bend the world. Break the world. Smash it into pieces. Untap your power. Violence, adrenaline, sexual energy, everything. Explode it on the world.

And measure your prowess. How much you can lift, how fast you can run, how many pull-ups you can do. Measure that. Don't step on the scale every day. Let the fat just melt off your body while you concentrate on these things. Mogtar really thinks this is the best way, especially for young guy. Last thing you should be doing is drinking some tea thinking that's gonna help.

Mogtar have very negative opinions about this shit. Admittedly very opinionated. But if drinking tea is gonna help so much, why we surrounded by fatties? Hard work is what makes slim, powerful, muscular. You gotta be lightning. You gotta be a tornado over the black sea. Rocky stuff, you know. But as hard as that sounds it beats worrying about your weight all day long. You can measure your power, speed. You can see progress. You train and you will get better at everything in a consistent way, not like weight which goes up and down weight water retention and whatever you ate on particular day. You gotta get into this. Don't do this girly tea shit. How low of a bar are you setting? Raise the fucking bar. Through the roof. Champion, you know. Because sometimes you might wanna give up but I really believe you just need a propre challenge to keep you interested.
