We are currently on lockdown in my country and I rarely go out of the house. I go to bed every night at 11pm and set my alarm to wake up at 8:30am everyday and that's when I start my day. I don't do much during the day since I'm staying mostly inside but I always try to keep myself busy I read, write, play video games, cook, watch documentaries/movies/shows/series but recently I've noticed that if I lay down to watch a show there are 99% chances of falling asleep but I'm not even tired. This used to be very common when I was working on crazy schedules and used to take naps during the afternoon on days off but why do I keep falling asleep when I'm not even tired? Anyone experiencing the same?
