I am in 30s and I cannot eat the same, what is healthy cook book you would recommend? Any vegan ones?

I am a chef, diabetic and a dietitian 😁. As simple as that! There is everything out there that is vegan and replaces the meat, so any recipe you have! Just change the meat and mostly works fine. Other wise all my books are in swedish by swedish chefs
To get more ideas you always have youtube and then ou have Google. Vegi meals can be delicious too

I'd say trying to get some from the local library and try to feel them out. hoopla is a library service that I feel you might have too that offers free book rentals. Try out books until you find out what book works best for you

You should look up a book called, eat right for your type. Its a book about healthy eating habits for particular blood types. Very insightful
