Like, I know you can use it in your mouth, where else can you use coconut oil?

You can apply a thin layer on your skin overnight. It has great healing and cleaning properties so it's great for dry skin and hair, acnes, inflammation and serves well as a hair mask so it helps treat split ends and such. Although, just be careful make sure to wash it thoroughly since it can also cause protein build up on your scalp. Personally, before i dye my hair, i make sure to soak my hair first in coconut oil overnight then rinse it to prepare my hair for bleaching and dyeing. I noticed that when i do that, my hair doesn't get dry or as damaged than when i dont, which is wonderful bc i often get crazy colors and my hair is naturally black so i have to bleach 2-3 times before i dye it. Also, it makes your hairy shiny and fragrant which is a plus. Just make sure to check if you are allergic to it though. I think you can apply a bit on your jaw or inner arms then leave it on overnight and see if you get redness or swelling or itch. If it does, dont use it. 🙂

ok, thanks. I use it in my mouth. I had also bit my tongue 2 days ago or 3, and used it tonight, real fast, it is mostly gone, just used it again

Oh and fun fact virgin coconut oil is actually being studied as possible cure for covid lol. So that's another benefit. 😂

@SandandWaves lol i saw your update.. i think you can use VIRGIN coconut oil for minor wounds and scars. I've read somewhere that it helps it to heal faster and it prevents infection. However, big emphasis on virgin and high quality coconut oil bc it might cause more damage than help. Just be careful anyway because there is still a risk it may irritate you.
