Is it a diabetes problem?

i am 28 years old male fit and sportive to some extent. when I walk 1 hour fast walking my body feel very lazy and seems like i just want to setdown and relax or sleep. but after eating I become better. its just very lazy not tiredness or pain. you know that feeling when you just want to set and sleep like you dont have any energy to do anything despite i start walking everyday after 2 hours of breakfast
