Preferred method to fall asleep?

As for me if I want to sleep I simply close my eye. Temperature is is key & make sure your room is at the perfect temperature for you. In addition relax before you go to bed & make sure all electronics are turned off about two hours before you go to bed. Block out any background noise if needed & as for me I have an air purifier next to my bed & every night I turn it on & it not only cleans the air but it also blocks noise as well.

Lay there in pitch black darkness and hope that tonight might be the night I finally fall asleep and not be awake at 6:25 like I currently am because I cannot fall sleep
