Lost weight in the past 4 years, 50 pounds to be exact.. would it be worth losing more in my legs? I always seem to carry weight there and in my chest but I just wanted to be sure maybe my next step should be muscle gains?
Should I lose weight in my legs or just begin to gain muscle?

Great for you! Remember, each of us is built a certain way. You have big legs and a big chest. The only thing weights will do for you is tone up the muscle in your thighs and behind your breasts, for uplift. If that's your aim, go for it. But weights will not make your legs significantly slimmer. They'll tighten up. Only further weight loss will reduce the size of your thighs and chest.

You can’t lose weight in one particular spot, that’s not how it works. If you want to lose more weight it may not be where you want it to disappear from. You look great, congratulations on all your hard work!

You look fantastic! Congrats on your weight loss and maintenance. You don't need to lose more weight.
You should do some weight training to shapeup and follow a normal diet to keep it steady. I am way to slim but been working out to keep myself in shape ❤️ Keep up the fitness and cheers, you look awesome 😎
