No more periods after having my IUD for 4 months? A little early?

That is totally normal! Especially for people who already have lighter periods to begin with.
Usually it does take longer, but everybody's body is different. Some people stop getting their period earlier, and other times they never lose it completely and still get spotting. I even have friends who stopped getting their period after a few months and then started getting it a few months after they lost it.
There are also other factors that could be going into it, like diet. But it's likely nothing to be concerned about.

Have you ever had your hormones tested? Could have an underlying health issue. Going by ur before iud statement. But no its normal technically if u are on bc there's no real reason to have a period. Your body might just be adjusted to the hormones fast. But pregnancy is still possible. Have you taken a pregnancy test?

Yep, can certainly happen pretty early with a hormonal IUD like Mirena. Can go from light to none. Or heavier to lighter, to none. Even some birth control pills can stop periods entirely.

I think you are to young for that. I don't mean because of your age but because as young as you are your body should experience those things. It is natural for you to have a period thanking that away is unnatural for your body. I would just hate to see it cause problems latter in life.
