Starting my journey to cut out soda [ soda addict ], no fast food, exercise more etc. I can do well eating during the day with low portions that fill me but at night I have a issue with snacking a lot. :\ Going to stick with fruit and tea before bed.
I also hate treadmills but going to push through it and do it.
